We Get A Sense Of Boundlessness

We get a sense of boundlessness
By looking in the dark
And seeing more out there or less
Of what is but a spark;

A glimpse of something--nothing but
A momentary flare
That one can't say exactly what
It's doing over there

Yet whatsoever it may be
And it might be about
There is no doubt it has been seen
By us who point it out.
